通常配送の場合、ご注文日より5営業日以内に発送手続きを行うよう心がけております。
※ 但し、以下の場合は除く。
1. 事前に発送遅延の告知がある場合
2. 国の定める祝日、お盆休み、お正月等による長期の祝日がある場合
3. 新商品販売等によるご注文が集中する場合
4. お支払い方法がコンビニ払いの場合（お支払いが完了してから5日以内となります）

- 送料について
1配送につき商品購入ページで表示される配送料金をいただいております。
15,000円を超えるご注文の場合、送料は無料となります。
- お届け時間について
お届け時間のご指定は運送会社のサービスとなるため、天候・交通事情などによりご指定の時間にお届け出来ない場合が御座います。
また一部地域（郡部・諸島部）は時間指定が出来かねる為、ご指定時間にお届けできない場合がございます。
サイズ変更・キャンセルについて
弊社では、ご注文の確定と発送作業への連携がシステム連携により自動進行するため、ご注文確定後のサイズ変更・キャンセルにつきましては基本的に対応することが出来ません。
※ 予約注文商品についても商品発送前のキャンセルはできかねます。
