We are sorry, but in principle we do not accept date-specific delivery for orders.

When your order is shipped, a “Shipment Completion Email” will be sent to you and a tracking number will be included in said email. If you have a tracking number, you can check the shipment status on each shipping company's website or by using their tracking service. Returns and Exchanges
We generally do not accept exchanges or returns unless the following conditions apply:
1. The product is defective*1
2. The wrong product was delivered
3. Exchange for a different size (specific size exchange requirements apply)
However, even if the product is defective or incorrect, we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
1. More than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered
2. The product was returned without prior notice
3. The product was purchased from a store or online shop other than our official store
We ask customers to cut small loose threads by themselves if they are not the kind of loose threads that will come undone when pulled.
In addition, we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as rough stitching that does not detract from the look or comfort of the garment, fraying at the tag ends, or slight bends in the stitching.

Size Exchange
