Notes on our shop

*There are many cases where the address is incorrect when ordering. Please double check before confirming your order.

About size change/cancellation

At our company, the confirmation of the order and the coordination of the shipping process are automatically proceeded through system coordination, so we generally cannot accommodate changes or cancellations of the size after the order has been confirmed.

*Pre-ordered products cannot be canceled before the product is shipped.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please double check before confirming your order.

 

Regarding long-term absence/incomplete address

  • Regarding long-term absence

If you are absent, the shipping company will notify you of your absence. Please request redelivery yourself from the notification of absence.

Please note that if you do not receive the item due to refusal or long-term absence, you will be required to pay the round-trip shipping fee and, in the case of cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee.
We may also decline your future orders.

Please make sure to receive your ordered items within the specified period.

 

  • Regarding incorrect address

If the shipping address is incorrect, the item will be returned to you as the address is unknown.

Returned products can be reshipped within the storage period (7 days from arrival at the warehouse).

If you wish to re-ship the item, please pay the re-shipping fee (need to buy this ticket) and we will arrange the re-shipment as soon as we receive confirmation.

If you wish to cancel, we will refund the amount minus the reshipment fee .

*We cannot accept reshipping of products whose storage period (7 days from arrival at the warehouse) has expired. Thank you for your understanding.

 

About delivery and shipping charges

  • Regarding delivery

For standard shipping, we aim to complete shipping procedures within 5 business days from the date of order.

*However, the following cases are excluded.
1. If there is advance notice of shipping delay
2. If there are long holidays such as national holidays, Obon holidays, New Year holidays, etc.
3. When orders are concentrated due to new product sales, etc.
4. If the payment method is convenience store payment (within 5 days after payment is completed)

If there is a delay in shipping procedures, we will indicate this at the top of this page.

 

  • about shipping cost

We charge the shipping fee displayed on the product purchase page for each delivery.
For orders over 12,000 yen, shipping is free if the shipping address is in Japan.

 

  • About delivery time

Since specifying the delivery time is a service provided by the shipping company, delivery may not be possible at the specified time due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.

In addition, it is not possible to specify a time for some areas (counties and islands), so delivery may not be possible at the specified time.


About returns

As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products except in the following cases.

1. If the product is defective
2. If a product different from the one you ordered arrives
3. Exchange for the purpose of size exchange (separate size exchange requirements apply)

Please also note that even if you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns in the following cases.

1. If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived
2. If the product is returned without prior notification
3. If you made a purchase outside of a store or online store
4. If the product is used, or has been repaired, washed, or cleaned.
5. If the product has odors, dirt, or scratches while being used by the customer.
6. Products eligible for discounts such as sale items and set supplies

* Return method (only in case of defective product or wrong product shipped)
Please return the item in the same condition as it was delivered (including the bag, case, tags attached to the item, etc.) using a cash on delivery slip.
*Please be sure to keep a copy of the delivery slip until the procedure is completed.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by filling out the necessary information on the inquiry form. We will respond to email inquiries within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

About refunds

After receiving the returned product, we will check the product based on our return policy. After checking the product, we will contact you and cancel the transfer or credit card transaction to your designated account within 7 business days.

 

About order cancellation

  • Refusal to receive cash on delivery, etc.

If you decline (reject) receiving a product shipped by cash on delivery, the product will be returned to the warehouse.

If the item is returned to us due to refusal of cash on delivery, etc., we may charge you the round trip shipping fee, cash on delivery fee, and packaging material fee.

Please note that you will be charged the actual shipping cost for the round trip.

*Normally, we pay a portion of the shipping costs, so you will be billed for the actual cost.
* Even if the product is marked as free shipping, we will actually cover the shipping cost, so we will charge you the actual cost.

In mail-order sales, when an order is placed, it is assumed that the customer has purchased the product and is willing to pay for it, and the Mail-order Sales Act is enacted, and both parties are responsible for sales and purchasing.
Legal action may be taken if you fail to pay the round-trip shipping fee, cash on delivery fee, packaging material fee, etc. due to refusal of cash on delivery or long-term absence.
Please note that if you have a history of refusing to accept cash on delivery, we will refuse future transactions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
*Please note that this excludes cases such as mistakes that have been confirmed with us in advance.

 

  • Returns due to long-term absence

After shipping, your package will be stored for up to 7 days regardless of the reason. If you receive an absentee note, please immediately request redelivery to the nearest store listed on the absentee note. Please be sure to receive the product.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to pick up your luggage beyond the storage period for unattended luggage, your luggage will be returned to us. Therefore, if an item is returned to us due to expiration of the storage period or other reasons, we may charge round-trip shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and packaging materials fees. In this case, please contact us in advance.

Please note that if we do not hear from you, your order will be automatically canceled.

If you are unable to receive your package for some reason and wish to have it reshipped, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will change your payment method to a method other than cash on delivery. The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and reshipping fee.

Additionally, if you have a transaction history in which your package was not received and returned due to a long-term absence, please note that the next time you use our service, we may restrict your payment method to advance payment such as credit card payment.

* In the case of resending, we will ship the package once we have confirmed your intention to resend and the above items.
* Since the product will be restocked once it is returned, we may not be able to prepare the product even if you request reshipment. Even in that case, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee, cash on delivery fee, and packaging material fee paid by our store.

 

  • The right to refuse your order and the right to cancel or terminate this sales contract.

An email address is required to place your order.

You can also enable your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-ups so that you can use all the functionality of the website, such as designing customized items, adding items to your shopping cart, and submitting your order. Must be set.

When we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. However, our acceptance of your order will occur when the Product is shipped to you. We will send you an email confirming that the Product has been shipped ("Order Confirmation"). At this point, a sales contract based on these Sales Terms (the "Sales Agreement") is established and is binding on you and the Company. We recommend that you print or download a copy of these Terms of Sale and the associated Order Confirmation for your records. If we are unable to provide you with the products you have ordered, we will notify you by email and your order will not be accepted and will no longer be processed.


Fulfillment of all orders on the Platform is subject to product availability. We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. The Company may also cancel or terminate this Sales Agreement without being liable for any damages or costs other than the repayment of amounts received from the Customer in connection with the cancellation or termination of this Sales Agreement by notifying the Customer in writing in the following circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the sales contract.

*If the product is unavailable/out of stock.
* If your billing information is inaccurate or cannot be verified.
* If Your order is flagged by our security system as an unusual or fraudulent order.
* If your payment is not received by the deadline stated in the email to you.
* If there is an error in the price displayed on the Platform.
* If we are unable to deliver to your address.
* In the event of events beyond our control (see below); or if there are typographical, pricing or other errors in the information on the Platform.
* Data checks: Once your order is submitted, we may perform a number of checks before fulfilling your order. These checks include things like address verification and fraud checks. We perform partially automated checks on all orders and purchases to exclude unusual, suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
