Pvot resistance band.
With the most challenging resistance, Lv.3 is recommended for those at an intermediate level and above.
The inner surface of the band is treated to prevent slipping during training.
It performs not only in compound exercises like hip thrusts and squats,
but also in isometric exercises like planks and hip lifts.

For standard shipping, we strive to process and ship orders within 5 business days from the order date.
