For standard shipping, we strive to process and ship orders within 5 business days from the order date.
※ However, the following exceptions apply:
1. If there is a prior notice of shipping delays
2. During extended national holidays such as public holidays, Obon, and New Year’s holidays
3. When there is a high volume of orders due to new product launches, etc.
4. If the payment method is convenience store payment (shipping will be processed within 5 days after payment is completed)

- Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged per shipment, as displayed on the product purchase page.
For orders exceeding 15,000 yen, shipping is free.
- Delivery Time
Delivery time is subject to the courier’s service, and due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery at the specified time may not always be possible.
Additionally, in some remote areas (such as rural or island regions), time-specific delivery may not be available.
